Our Process

After years of doing business, we have fine-tuned our process to keep your cost low without sacrificing quality and service. We would like you to learn about how we go about building our chandeliers so you know what to expect. Here it goes:

Step One: Planning, designing and drafting.

The first step is definitely the most important step of our process and sometimes it can take the longest. We like to ensure that everything is perfect before we go about building your chandelier so we take time to plan everything precisely.

Once an order is submitted, we assess the location and the lighting environment. We then start our design phase. We draw, we draw and we draw again until we have the perfect design for your location. We use the latest technology to take our design and render it over photos of your location to give you the best possible idea of what to expect.

Step Two: Framing.

After you have approved the design, we get to work and start putting the metal framing together. This is another crucial step which requires lots of precision to guarantee a quality build and a safe chandelier.

Step Three: Assembly.

Once we have completed the framing of the chandelier, we start assembling the crystals according to the design. We work hard to make sure that everything is symmetric and each crystal is securely fastened. We use top quality crystals so your chandelier looks perfect.

Step Four: Mounting.

After the chandelier has been completely assembled, it is time to mount it. We inspect each ceiling before we mount a chandelier, making sure there are plenty of studs that are thick. We will not mount a chandelier unless we feel comfortable that it will be secure and safe for you and your patrons.
